Get in touch
The fastest way to reach us is the contact form on the homepage. It goes straight to the developer; there is no ticket queue and no bot. Please include:
- What you were doing and what happened.
- Your controller family (CompactLogix / ControlLogix) and model if you know it.
- Your iOS version and whether you were on the demo line or a real controller.
Beta feedback
If you are on the iOS beta, you can also send feedback and screenshots directly from inside TestFlight — that attaches your device and build details automatically, which helps us reproduce issues.
Try it with no hardware — the demo line
The app ships with a built-in demo line: two virtual PLCs with live moving values, a packager that jams and needs a reset, and start/stop/jog buttons that actually work. You can learn the whole app — tag browser, dashboard, operator panel and guarded writes — without any controller connected.
For App Review: to evaluate every feature without Allen-Bradley hardware, open the app and select the Demo line on the equipment screen. It exercises the tag browser, dashboard tiles, the operator panel, hold-to-run jog and the write dialog end to end. No login or account is required.
Common questions
Many setup and safety questions are answered on the app FAQ and in the user guide. A few quick ones:
- Which PLCs? Allen-Bradley CompactLogix and ControlLogix over EtherNet/IP. Micro800, SLC-500 and PLC-5 are not supported.
- Can't connect? Your phone must be on the same network as the controller (plant Wi-Fi that routes to the PLC, or a USB-C Ethernet adapter). If you can't ping the PLC, the app can't reach it either.
- Is writing safe? See the safety terms — writing moves real machinery, and you remain responsible for it.
