Data & Account Deletion

The LineKeeper app has no account and keeps nothing on our servers. Everything the app stores lives on your device, so you are always in direct control of it. Here is exactly how to remove it.

Last updated 18 July 2026.

There is no account to delete

The app does not create an account, does not ask for a login, and does not sync anything to a LineKeeper cloud — because there isn't one. Your controller addresses, tags, dashboards, operator panels and machine profiles are stored only on your iPhone. We never receive them and cannot access or delete them for you.

Delete your data inside the app

  • Remove one machine or PLC: open the equipment list, swipe or use the edit action on the item, and delete it. Its dashboard and panel layout go with it.
  • Remove a shared profile you imported: delete that equipment the same way.

Delete everything the app stored

Uninstalling the app removes all of its on-device data. On your iPhone: press and hold the LineKeeper icon → Remove AppDelete App. iOS deletes the app's entire local storage. Reinstalling later starts from a clean state.

Website contact & waitlist data

If you submitted the contact form or joined an app waitlist, we hold the details you sent (such as your name and email) only to reply or to send the one waitlist notification. To have that deleted, send a request through the contact form and we will remove it. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.

Diagnostics held by Apple

Any crash or usage diagnostics are collected and controlled by Apple (only if you opted in), in aggregated, anonymised form — we cannot tie them to you or delete them individually. You can stop that sharing in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
